Dr. Moazzum Bajwa (Cohort 3, Riverside) and Valerie Comeaux (Riverside LHD) presented their Food is Medicine project in Riverside County at the 2022 CalFresh Healthy Living Forum in Garden Grove, CA. The session, "Collaborating with Healthcare," focused on building healthcare partnerships to address food insecurity and increase healthy food access. The panel was moderated by Dr. Wagahta Semere, Director, Champion Provider Fellowship.
