Dr. Maxmillian Chambers (Cohort 5, Imperial County) provided professional input to the Westmorland Elementary School District's School Wellness Committee to help update their School Board Policy - Wellness Policy. The new language includes language on sodium limits and prohibits spicy chips on campus. The policy was approved and adopted on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
