Dr. Maxmillian Chambers (Cohort 5, Imperial County) educated "Rethink Your Drink Day" attendees of the health risks associated with sugary drinks and promoted healthy drink options for adults and children. The Westmoland Union Elementary School District (WEUSD) in collaboration with the Imperial County Public Health Department and Innercare hosted the event.
