Dr. Al-Sarraf provided testimony at the Senate Education Committee in support of SB 348 (Skinner), which increases access to nutritious school meals. 

The bill passed through the committee without any oppositions and also gained new co-authors. Dr. Al-Sarraf was also interviewed by the media.
