Safe Routes to School is a national movement to make school travel – including walking, biking, rolling, and scooting - safe, convenient, and fun for kids. This webinar explores the basics of Safe Routes to School, the program benefits, and partnership opportunities between Safe Routes practitioners and health professionals. We will also share examples of Safe Routes to School programs in California and how they are encouraging more physical activity among young people.

Kori Johnson, Program and Engagement Manager, Safe Routes Partnership
Kori Johnson serves as the Program and Engagement Manager at the Safe Routes Partnership. In this role, she provides program technical assistance, leads trainings, develops resources, and supports Safe Routes to School programs and general consulting work.
