The next application cycle for the Champion Provider Fellowship will open on November 2. We encourage all local health departments interested in recruiting a Champion Provider Fellow for the next cohort to attend this informational webinar. The webinar will provide an overview of the goals and objectives of the Champion Provider Fellowship program and review the application process and timeline.
